New to state contracting? Start at the beginning. This class is for small businesses that have little or no knowledge of the state procurement process. We'll focus on common procurement terminology, examine how the state contracting arena operates, and provide resources to help you determine if pursuing work in the public sector would be beneficial to your company. Please bring pen and paper to take notes. 

Who should attend? Spanish speaking small business owners who want to assess the state contracting arena and gain a better understanding of the procurement process.

 ¿Nuevo en la contratación estatal? Empieza por el principio. Esta clase es para pequeñas empresas que tienen poco o ningún conocimiento del proceso de contratación estatal. Hablaremos sobre la terminología común de las adquisiciones, examinaremos cómo funciona la contratación del estado y hablaremos de recursos para ayudarle a determinar si buscar contratos en el sector público sería beneficiosa para su empresa.
